This major global air transport player is seeking to recruit a number of Team Leaders to oversee their customer contact centre teams.
If you are an experienced airline reservations and ticketing agent with experience of supervising a team of people then this could be a great career move for you.

THE JOB:
As the Customer Contact Officer you will be providing operational support to Customer Contact Agents in order to ensure the effective handling of all incoming contact from individual clients, in line with company standards.

You will be involved in the coaching and monitoring of the Customer Contact Agents as well as assisting Customer Contact Supervisors in the follow-up of team performance and ensuring the smooth running of the operations.
You will also be expected to handle incoming contacts by calls, emails and chats from individual clients, give outgoing calls to clients where required as well as assist other European sales and service centres.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Previous airline call centre / contact centre experience
Previous airline fares and ticketing experience
Advanced airline product knowledge
Fluency in English and another European language of Spanish, French or Scandinavian
Experience of using the GDS Amadeus in a live reservations environment
Previous experience of supervising or team leading

THE PACKAGE:
The starting salary range for the Customer Contact Officer (Team Leader) is a starting grade of £ 21,388 to £ 23,812 which will be reviewed after probation along with other airline employee benefits.
Working Hours will be 37.5 hours on shifts between Monday to Sunday 7am - 6pm (approx)
