As they continue their substantial growth this is a fantastic time to join the Marketing Team as the Email Marketing Manager.

THE JOB:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Email Marketing specialist to take full ownership of email channels at an exciting time for the company.
The Email Marketing Manager will play an integral role within the marketing department and working closely with internal departments, will be responsible for the co-ordination, creation and execution of all internal and external communication programmes.
The ideal candidate will have experience of building and sending dynamic marketing campaigns through an email service provider. They will know about email marketing best practices and be a multi-tasker who loves the creative side as well as the analytics of email.

Duties include:

*Implementation, execution and enhancement of all internal and external email marketing programmes and campaigns
*Tracking and reporting on email campaigns
*Analysing performance metrics (open-rates, click-through rates etc.), identifying opportunities and making recommendations for continuous improvement
*Conduct regular A/B Testing to optimise conversion
*Ensure a documented brief is in place for each campaign with clear objectives and metrics for measurement.
*Work closely with the Content Communications Manager to develop engaging 'customer first' content that's aligned to our business objectives and improves the customer experience
*Create, socialise and maintain the annual communication calendar
*Segmentation of email campaigns by region, sector, job role etc.
*Use dynamic content to ensure communications are aligned to the various sectors we work with, are personalised and present relevant information to our customers i.e. product/service/contact details
*Work closely with product and sales teams to create bespoke campaigns to increase sales, drive adoption and retention
*Training internal employees to use our appointed ESP (dotmailer), managing their user rights and approval settings
*Work closely with all stakeholders and ESP users to ensure best practice email activity
*Manage the use and integration of contacts and leads via the CRM
*Create effective landing pages
*Maintain and manage updates to the website via the CMS

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*Experienced in Email marketing usability, deliverability best practice and reporting.
*Analysis of current email marketing campaigns and making recommendations for improvement
*Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
*Familiar with design principles
*Experience with email service providers
*Effective use of dynamic content
*Setting up an effective A/B optimisation programme
*Knowledge and understanding of CRM (Salesforce)
*Excellent stakeholder management skills

THE PACKAGE:
The starting salary for the Email Marketing Manager is circa £ 40,000 and excellent company benefits.
