Airline Customer Service and Ticketing Agent - Required for this well known longhaul airline to work in their reservations and customer services team on a ongoing temporary basis. They are looking for an experienced travel consultant with strong native Amadeus knowledge who can start immediately. They will pay £10-12 per hour + benefits and bonuses.

Airline Customer Service and Ticketing Agent Duties
  • Respond efficiently to both passenger and trade queries
  • Generate revenue with new bookings
  • Amend bookings; date changes , collection of appropriate fees
  • Seating and meal requests
  • Respond / action customer queries and complaints via email and Fax (fax by email)
  • Action medical and special assistance
  • Calculate and process all refunds
  • Reissues - (changes, printing a new tickets)
  • MCOs - Miscellaneous Charges Order


Airline Customer Service and Ticketing Agent Skills Required
  • Travel industry reservations experience is a must
  • Native Amadeus knowledge is a must
  • Able to start immediately
