ONLINE SUPPORT CONSULTANT

A leading Travel Management Company are looking for an Online Support Consultant.
You will be supporting the Agents desktops including the reservation systems, point of sales scripts and any in-house developed point of sales applications, as well as internally used web-based booking tools like Evolvi, Trainline and Conferma.

You will also be providing support on middle and back-office systems. You will provide 1st and 2nd level support to system users and escalate 3rd level support issues to the system suppliers. You will conduct one-on-one and group training sessions for our agents as and when required.

You will have GDS Galileo experience and have basic troubleshooting experience.
