This business provide support for travellers overseas, so if something should happen whilst they are away they are supported by a qualified, customer focused team who help to resolve issues and get them home.
Greek or Spanish Speaking Assistance Co-ordinator Features:
- You will be working in a team of friendly, highly skilled linguists.
- You will be answering calls to customers and checking all the details of the customer.
- You will be checking the cover and policy details
- You will be liaising with medical centres and other agents to resolve the situation
- Arranging taxis, flights and hotels for clients and family
- Providing translation services to relevant personnel
Greek or Spanish Speaking Assistance Co-ordinator Skills Required:
- It is essential that you speak Greek or Spanish and English fluently.
- You must have worked in a customer service environment previously, ideally over the phone
- You must have outstanding customer service skills and really care about what you do.
- You must be able to work a variety of shifts across the week to include weekend, evening and
- some night shifts.
Greek or Spanish Speaking Assistance Co-ordinator Additional Info:
You will be paid a basic salary plus end of year bonus.
You will work in a shift pattern. Perhaps you have worked as a Travel Consultant or a reservations agent or a receptionist of a claims handler or a call centre agent.
