HR Manager - A newly created HR Manager role, working for a specialist tour operator based in North London with full generalist responsibilities for supporting the transformation and growth of the company.
HR Manager Responsibilities
Reporting to the board, you will be responsible for one other HR Officer and providing full HR Generalist support to the business. You will work closely with hiring managers to ensure all employees receive regular appraisals, conducting training needs analysis and development plans are in place to drive performance. Whilst employee relations matters are less common you will take the lead in this area as well as supporting with any recruitment and succession planning across the business. As the business grows you will also support the business with any restructuring and change management.
HR Manager Skills Required
- Previous HR Generalist experience working for a small-medium sized business
- Experience in the travel industry highly desirable
- Experience of restructuring and change management
- Adaptable and pragmatic
- CIPD or HR Degree Qualified
- Experience of coaching and deceloping managers
HR Manager Package
A basic salary of £40-45k depending on experience, BUPA scheme (after 6 months service), holiday concessions
