Experienced Business Travel Consultant keen to work in a great office with bonuses?

Working in a diverse and challenging business travel environment, this role would suit candidates with previous business travel experience who can perform well in a customer service driven and team focused role.

Key areas of accountability will include:
* Working to (and exceed) sales targets
* Advise clients on efficient routing for lowest available fares and preferred carrier usage
* Ability to anticipate the corporate clients needs while adhering to policy, programmes and procedures set
* Maintaining strong relationships with both existing and future clients
* Demonstrating a thorough understanding of the corporate travel sector
* Effective use of Sabre (GDS), computer systems and exceptional telephone service techniques
* Act on special requests and maintain excellent client relations
* Proactively identifying opportunities for sales and service process improvement
* Research and resolve any client issues
* Strong knowledge of Nett and Published fares and airline routing principles
* Commercially driven and able to work towards deadlines
* Ability to multi-task and handle multiple clients

The ideal candidate will have good experience within a travel industry environment along with good CRS skills ideally Galileo and Business Travel experience
& strong knowledge and understanding of nett fares. You will have excellent communication skills and an ability to deal effectively over the phone in a busy and thriving working environment.
