This well known airline are currently recruiting for Contact Centre Agent who speak fluent Spanish (Preferably with Portuguese included) to deal with customer bookings. Based North West London, paying £20K. You have to be available immediately!

Contact Centre Agent,Spanish Speaker - Responsibilities:
- Dealing with inbound calls and emails from customers
- Overcoming objections
- Booking flights

Contact Centre Agent, Spanish Speaker - Skills Required:
- Customer service experience from a call centre environment
- Must be fluent spoken AND written English and Spanish (preferably with Portuguese included)
- Must have attention to detail as booking flights
- Must be computer literate and understanding of Word and Excel

Additional Information:
- Paying £17984 + £2424 london weighting
- Flexible with working hours needed
- START DATE 10TH JULY
