Reporting to the Managing Director, a reputable tour operator is looking to appoint a Head of Trade Sales to lead their established successful trade sales team. Responsible for developing and implementing the sales strategy aligned with commercial objectives.

The Head of Trade Sales will ensure targets for both revenue and passenger numbers are exceeded for distribution through the trade channel. They will possess exceptional management, leadership and sales skills required, aligned with key agency contacts within the trade.

You will be results driven, highly motivated and someone who can inspire, train and develop others. Other core requirements include exceptional presentation skills, great relationship builder, flexible, innovative and a creative thinker.

Ultimately someone who can champion the business and be a leader of sales!
