A leading provider of online booking tools is seeking a personable Travel Industry Professional, with a background in Corporate or Leisure Travel who has good GDS knowledge to appoint a Training and Implementation Manager. If you have a solid background in travel and are great with both people and systems, this could be the new and exciting role you are looking for! You will fulfil a pivotal role in rolling out and training new clients on the online booking tool. A fantastic career opportunity and salary package awaits the successful candidate!

-Based from offices in Lancashire, with regular contact with clients across the UK to conduct training and implementation.
-Training on the travel back office software and online booking engine
-Implementing the back office software to customer specifications on site or remotely
-Provide telephone and email support to various versions of our in-house developed Travel Agency back office system
-Raise development logs for issues confirmed as development issues, detailing appropriate steps to recreate the problem
-Give timely responses to customer queries and manage logs that have been passed to other teams

This opportunity would suit an experienced Business Travel or Tour Operations Consultant, ideally with some supervisory or training and development experience, and experience of online booking tools. You will have a sound knowledge of travel booking and back office systems. You will be personable, a great communicator and organised.
