Call Centre Manager
A global metasearch business is looking to appoint a Call Centre Manager to lead the call centre teams. You will develop and drive customer experience to ensure consistency of quality and service. This is a hands on role which will focus on changing, shaping and streamlining processes. The successful candidate will have experience in change management and customer experience with a proven ability in improving call centre efficiencies and quality levels.
