Are you calm under pressure, a natural problem solver, somebody who is naturally inquisitive and enjoys investigating a problem and is able to make recommendations and decisions based on what is fair and reasonable? In addition to this do you have great administration and communication skills. If so and you would like to work one of the world's leading cruise lines, within their legal resolutions team then apply now.

Job Requirements:
*Excellent attention to detail
*Able to negotiate both B2B and B2C
*Resolution orientated
*Minimum 2 years help desk/customer service role?
*Reservations system experience within a call-centre environment
*Strong analytical skills, precision and accuracy
*Good communicator
*Good knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Work and Excel
