After sales consultant
Aftersales customer services agent - Required for this well know travel company based in North London. They are looking for a experienced travel person ideally with GDS knowledge to work in this busy aftersales team. They will pay up to £18,000 + up to £2,000 bonus and benefits.
Aftersales customer service agents duties
-To answer all calls in a courteous and professional manner within the departmental standards.
-To deal with all telephone and email queries post reservation and general queries.
-To amend or cancel reservations as a result of incoming enquiries. To include amending dates, upgrading tickets, route changes, name changes, refunds and seat/meal requests
-To amend hotel, car hire and transfer reservations
-To action ETA's (visa's), API's, Mobility Forms within set timeframes
-To work to set targets and ensure efficient customer care handling.
-Ability to make decisions in a pressurised environment.
-Computer Literate - to be able to use a variety of applications
- GDS(Worldspan/Sabre),Outlook and possibly word/excel.
Aftersales customer service agents skills required
-Travel industry experience is a must with in a sales , customer service or administration team.
-Ideally GDS trained
-Published and cat fares knowledge
