Are you a CRM and date expert? If you have strong experience of monitoring and analysing data systems and how customer data influences business performance, then we would like to hear from you!

As a new Data Manager, you'll oversee the developments and use of data systems - discovering efficient ways to organise, store and analyse data with attention to security and confidentiality. Working closely with the rest of the data team as well as wider marketing team, you'll ensure all data requests are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner. You'll also be responsible for the Data Budget.

THE JOB:
Data Collection
-Manage the data flow from various customer touch points to the CRM platforms
-Recognise online and offline opportunities to collect quality data
-Formulate quality data collection techniques - ensure data adequacy/accuracy/ legitimacy

Data System Management
-Create and enforce policies for effective data management
-Ensure information flows timely and securely to/from/within the organisation
-Support others in daily use of data systems - ensure adherence to legal/company standards
-Ensure digital databases and archives are protected from security breaches and data losses
-Troubleshoot data related problems and authorise maintenance or modifications
-Monitor and analyse data systems - evaluate performance to discover ways of enhancing these systems (eg new technologies, upgrades etc)

Data Reporting & Analysis
-Support data team in producing regular and ad hoc reports - ensure accuracy/prioritisation
-Ascertain data on customer profiles and purchase patterns - present data to wider team
-Devise and implement efficient and secure procedures for data handling and analysis
-Ensure integrity of data pulled to fulfil kitbags, luggage labels, and promotional offers

CRM System
-Take ownership of current CRM data and operations; play a lead role in the project to implement a new CRM in 2017



EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
-Current experience as a data manager with a strong understanding of databases, data analysis procedures, data administration, and data management functions (collection, analysis, distribution, etc)
-You're familiar with modern database and information system technologies as well as a proficient MS Office user.
-Proven experience managing people and establishing an effective work flow to keep track of upcoming projects, works in progress, and completed task.
-Previous experience implementing a new CRM system is a distinctive advantage
-Travel industry experience strongly desired
-You're a star problem-solver and troubleshooter with an analytical mind-set and plenty of initiative.
-You're friendly and approachable, with an ambitious attitude and the ability to prioritise your workload whilst maintaining a flexible and proactive approach to your responsibilities, whether you're working autonomously or as part of a team.


THE PACKAGE:
In return the successful candidate can expect a salary up to £40,000 along with excellent benefits and travel industry perks.
