You will need to demonstrate a successful track record in delivering new digital initiatives and show the emotional intelligence to bring the rest of the business with you on this transformational journey.
Experience managing digital experts and third part suppliers is also important, as well as a good understanding of user experience.
You will need to develop the digital strategy and oversee its execution.
There is a degree of flexibility on working arrangements but a minimum of 3 days per week would need to be committed to at the company’s offices in the South West of England.
