Help Desk Coordinator - French and Spanish Speaking £Excellent plus Benefits

You will be working for a global travel business within a team who support the internal call centre, assisting with any queries or research needed in helping the booking process go as smoothly and work as efficiently as possible.

Help Desk Coordinator Features:

  • You will be providing assistance to the contact centre and travel partners as well as direct consumers.
  • You will be resolving issues and researching problems, taking ownership of issues
  • Running daily and weekly reports
  • Negotiating solutions to issues

Help Desk Coordinator Skills Required:

  • It is essential that you are fluent in English, French and Spanish
  • You will be used to working in a role over the phone dealing with any escalated queries
  • Ideally you will have worked in the travel industry previously
