An established tour operator offering long haul product to the USA, Caribbean and other wonderful destinations. As a B2B tour operator, they are 100% committed to the trade and offer a 1st class service to the travel agency network.

Reporting into the commercial director, our client is looking to recruit a commercial executive. As a commercial executive, you will sit within the commercial and product team and will play a key role to ensure the company meets their profit and margin goals; this will be through pricing strategies, competitor analysis, analysing sales trends and tactical pricing management.

For this commercial job in tour operating, you will need to be extremely commercially minded, highly analytical and be goal orientated. Working in the commercial team for a travel business is a fast paced and high pressured environment, therefore you will be self-motivated and have the ability to work as a team.

In terms of the experience, for this commercial executive job in travel, you may be working in a similar travel job in tour operating, or for an online travel agent or a bed bank. Experience of pricing and yield management is essential in for this travel job.
