Visitor Experience Manager

Our client a famous venue and attraction are seeking an exceptional visitor experience manager that has an excellent grasp of what it takes to offer an outstanding tour experience; ensuring it remains a key and exciting venue that continues to be world-class. This niche senior travel job will oversee that the tour operation is managed effectively on a day to day basis whilst delivering an exceptional experience to each and every customer.
With management responsibility of a team of 4 direct reports, plus a team of casual staff; you will have a full range of operational KPI’s and will be expected to maximise sales through effective management of the tours team.
You may currently be a tour manager for a niche attraction or in an operational role where you manage and oversee all events. Ideally you will have experience of also working in a sports environment. What is really vital for this senior travel job is that you have a proven track record of managing a call centre, outstanding people management skills combined with the ability to design and shape the tour route from a guest experience perspective.
