The role includes responsibility for commercial negotiations, account management and new partner development

The role encompasses Partnership marketing campaigns covering branding and enquiry generation, driving of first time buyers, and retention of existing bookers. The job holder will be required to work with and delegate to the Travel Partnerships Executive and the Digital Manager, with direct line management responsibility these roles.

The role includes responsibility for leading the marketing direction of the team, and being a marketing thought leader for Travel Partnerships. This involves taking responsibility for the brand's perception in the context of Partnerships, producing and delivering a coherent and successful marketing strategy, managing relationships with key suppliers and contracts valued over £200k, project managing new marketing initiatives, and presenting updates and findings to Senior Management.
