GUEST RELATIONS EXECUTIVE
In this role you will provide the highest standards of service to our guests and travel agent partners, helping to maintain their loyalty to our brands by professionally investigating and dealing with all pre- and post-departure queries, problems and complaints received by phone, post or email as a chalet specialist for all brands.
Key responsibilities include:-
- Assist with incoming telephone calls & emails, dealing with in-resort, pre- or post-departure issues and queries as they arise from guests and overseas staff.
- Assist with the information flow to/from the Reservations, Product, Operations and Overseas teams to investigate queries, problems and complaints received.
- Ensuring that specified deadlines for response times are met by efficient management of your workload, to comply with regulatory and business requirements.
You will need strong letter-writing skills and a tactful and diplomatic approach at all times, as well as being pro-active by making management aware of trends and quality issues to help reduce the problem of reoccurring. The ability to work under pressure is a must. Working with our Product, Finance and Contracting teams, you will also follow procedures to recover compensation paid wherever possible.
A passion for the mountains and some travel industry experience is desirable. We will provide full training in required areas, such as the ABTA Code of Conduct, and familiarisation trips will be offered to enhance product knowledge.
