FARES & TICKETING CONSULTANT
TRAVEL MANAGEMENT COMPANY, GLASGOW
UP TO £22,000

Due to our clients ongoing success that are on a recruitment drive to growth and expansion and are recruiting a Fares & Ticketing Consultant to support consultants with flight bookings. You should be comfortable with complex airfare and ticketing queries and you will be required to offer high quality, effective and timely customer service at all times.

The skills required for the Fares & Ticketing Consultant are:
*Experience in business travel operations
*Ticketing, reissues and refund's knowledge is essential
*Knowledge of net and published fares
*GDS experience is essential (Galileo)
*Knowledge of booking flights, hotels and car hire is desirable
*Be an excellent communicator both written and verbally
*Experience in working as part of a team
*Be an excellent problem solver
