Are you interested in working in Business Travel? Administration Assistant working in the Rail department for a large Travel Management Company in Bradford, this is an excellent role to step into Business Travel whether you're from a travel background with good administration skills. Or previously worked in Business travel but looking for an admin based role.
Reporting to the Business Travel Team Leader you will support the Rail team with various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of the department. Duties Include:
- Opening post
- Processing Refunds
- Processing Exchanges
- Accounting System downloads
- Invoicing
- To sort the incoming post into relevant sections to enable the refund and exchange process to be managed in an efficient manner
- Refund tickets to the customer in a timely manner via the refund system
- Ensure the correct type of ticket is being exchanged in order to process a refund to the customer
- System downloads must be processed and cleared in accordance with monthly deadlines
- All externally purchased tickets must be invoiced within the month of purchase

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
If you're working in travel and have a keen interest in business travel, good administration skills then this would be a good move. Salary is dependent on experience, excellent working hours Monday - Friday.
