Social Media Customer Service Manager £Competitive
You will be workng for a dynamic travel business in a new period of development. This is a new position with enormous potential. You wil be managing all responses to customers via all social media platforms and will ensure that the brand is protected and the customer is responsed to. This is a customer services role rather than a content production role and your main role will be that of replying to our customers' social media posts

Social Media Customer Service Manager Features:

You will be a Social Media Expert and possess a working knowledge of all social media platforms and have experience with Social Media listening tools.
You will be the contact point for all Social Media queries and must understand the importance of both speed and brand integrity when replying to information requests or replies from their community, whether in DM or via social feeds including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and external review sites such as Trustpilot and FeeFo.

Together with supporting theSocial Media strategy alongside our marketing team, you will also be responsible for ensuring that their website FAQs are always updated and work with the site content team to ensure accurate information is always displayed.

Social Media Customer Service Manager Skills Required:

  • A comprehensive understanding of the functionality of each social media platform including mobile devices, social analytics and listening/reporting tools.
  • Great communication and networking skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical, forecasting and research skills
  • Strong organisational skills, and networking skills
  • Ability to adapt training style to match the learning style of the audience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Customer Services and online marketing will be helpful

Social Media Customer Service Manager Additional Information:

THis will involve some weekend work and some evening work so flexibilit is required with working hours.
