Have you got management experience in business travel? Are you dynamic, creative and innovative? Then we want you! We are looking for a self-sufficient and talented Implementation Manager in a rapidly growing, independent Travel Management Company. You will be reporting into the Operations Director and the successful candidate will be tasked with assisting in the co-ordination, planning and smooth execution of successful implementation projects as determined and managed by the Operations Director.

* Assisting in the development of the companies profiling strategy
* Establishing and analysing the needs of a Client, creating, adapting and communicating templates to provide as much automation and fluidity for the Client Implementation process as possible
* Understanding the system requirements for a successful implementation project
* Obtaining and maintaining up to date knowledge of the company's technology
* Being aware of developments, products and service offerings to manage internal and external accuracy and expectation
* Ensuring all Implementation projects have an effective and efficient communication process
* Liaising with operational areas to establish full knowledge of processes required for successful client set up and service
* Provide training for operational personnel where required on implementation procedures and administrative tools
* Maintaining an excellent reputation externally and internally through smooth implementation of new clients
* To undertake other duties where required to ensure the smooth running of the Implementation team

* Implementation experience of SME business and large multi-national accounts
* Experience of implementing online and off-line systems
* Concur experience desirable but not essential
* Excellent time management, with the ability to manage workloads in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
* Computer literate with good MS office skills
* Confident communicator (written and verbal) with the ability to build strong working relationships
* Team player with excellent customer service orientation
* Exceptional planning and organisational skills, with keen attention to detail
* High energy and enthusiasm, results oriented and able to deliver to deadlines
* Take responsibility for own self-development, demonstrate a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in developing a business travel career
* Demonstrate behaviours, which align with the company's vision and values
