Social Media Customer Services Manager
We are seeking a social media savvy individual with customer service skills for our travel client based in West Sussex. As the Social Media Customer Services Manager you will firstly have a real passion for social media, be ambitious and talented to boot as you will be the first point of contact for the businesses social media communities. You will possess social media expertise across all platforms to include Twitter, Instagram, Facebook plus review sites such as Feefo and Trustpilot coupled with experience of SM listening reporting tools.
Working alongside the marketing team you will support social media strategy and keep all social aspects online updated.
The candidate will be a good communicator and networker with strong written, verbal, analytical, forecasting and research skills. The Social Media Customer Services Manager will have ability to train whilst adapting to different learning styles. The ideal candidate will be able to drive discussions and reach out to key influencers plus keep abreast of SM KPI's.
