CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE, ELLESMEREPORT
LEADING TRAVEL PROVIDER OF BRITISH AIRWAY PRODUCTS
SALARY £16,000-£18,000

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a leading provider of BA products. As a Customer Service Executive, you will effectively sell and service Group bookings on BA, IB and other airline partners. This will be done via the telephone, email or internet managing the bookings effectively. You will have experience of providing a friendly and efficient service to external and internal customers, you will be able to evidence driving sales, hit budgets and deliver profits.

You will be a committed, enthusiastic and supportive team member, being mindful of company goals whilst delivering an efficient and professional service to customers.
Hours:Full or part time hours available working a shift pattern between the core hours of 1pm-Midnight. The office is open between the hours of 8am and midnight, Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 3.00pm on Saturday.

Responsibilities of the role:
*Monitor and action all email & telephone requests for Group bookings
*Carry out the above in line with set company service level standards
*Use Amadeus to check flight schedules
*Use Amadeus to manage and ticket bookings where applicable
*Make sound commercial decisions on margins & pricing on a booking by booking basis
*Proactively seek sales opportunities
*To service all groups enquiries & bookings to company standards
*To adhere to all airline deadlines and terms and conditions
*To understand agents/ operators flight needs and advise on appropriate solutions
*To work with the Team Leader and Marketing department to drive company growth
*To manage profit margins for each group booking


On offer is a salary to £16k to 18k depending on experience.
