PART TIME - Live Chat Consultant - Basic £16,000 (FTE) plus bonus of £400 a month (FTE), with the operational hours being Monday - Sunday 09am - 09.30pm. (Part time basis 20 - 30 hours per week, with good flexibility of hours and shifts dependent on the individuals need)

This is a great opportunity for a strong Live Chat / Web Support / Web Chat Specialist that is looking to work for an exciting, dynamic and growing travel business. These opportunities would suit individuals from a strong background in web based / live chat customer service and sales roles either from within the travel industry in a similar role OR individuals that have worked within sales / website chat / website support roles within a Call Centre / Contact Centre environment.

The Part - time Web Support / Web Chat / Live Chat Expert will:-

- Have credible knowledge of dealing effectively with clients or customers in a live chat environment
- Experience in a similar role on web support / live chat / web chat environment with a strong understanding of web based interaction with customers and consumers

The Part - time Web Support / Web Chat / Live Chat Consultant will:-

- Work in a strong and dedicated team in Web support and live web chat experts to deliver the highest levels of conversion, quality and customer service to clients
- Effectively resolve questions from clients online and endeavour to convert enquiries in to sales
- Strive to exceed service and sales targets, deliver outstanding customer service, exceptional quality and be a results driven individual.

The Web Support / Web Chat / Live Chat Expert will:-
- Have credible knowledge of dealing effectively with clients or customers in a live chat environment
- Experience in a similar role on web support / live chat / web chat environment with a strong understanding of web based interaction with customers and consumers
- Alternatively candidates will be considered from a contact centre / call centre environment with sales and service experience alongside having communicated effectively in writing with customers via email or online.
