My client are an award winning luxury tour operator based in the heart of London needs an Operators Executive with strong Amadeus GDS experience and a keen eye for detail to join their team, due to growth of the business. Job Description:

*Checking all bookings at confirmation and finals stage, ensuring that all details are correct, costs are as per invoices and deadline are noted.
*Produce accurate documentation ensuring it is packaged and dispatched on time.
*Assisting with telephone calls, taking messages as required.
*Updating documentation as and when required
*Airline co-ordination to include: Managing airline queues & ticketing in Amadeus. Processing refunds and amendments in Amadeus. Working with our consolidators to ensure ticketing & payment deadlines are met.
*Implement operational processes and streamline procedures as and when required, often taking on adhoc projects under own initiative.
*Assist with work when sales consultants are on holiday or a fam trip.
*Be proactive in offering our Concierge service to all clients to include pre-booking spa treatments, dinner reservations and children's clubs etc. when confirmations are sent to the client. Follow up on this when travel documents are sent.
*Work with the sales person to ensure that contacts are made with the hotel concierge at our preferred hotels.
*For VIP clients and clients booking special trips ensure that a bottle of wine and welcome letter is arranged at their first hotel.
*For VIP clients - pre-book limo transfers
*For all clients pre book seating & any special requirements at the time of ticket issue.

Experience Required:

*Strong Amadeus GDS experience
*A good long-haul geographical knowledge
*Experience in dealing with both customers and suppliers Excellent communication skills
*Excellent telephone manner
*Attention to detail
*Able to work on own initiative and take ownership for completing tasks
*Professional attitude

The Package:

This is an excellent opportunity, to join a luxury independent Tour Operator. In return for your hard work, my client are offering a competitive salary of £20,000 - £23,000 (depending one experience) along with various benefits and familiarisation trip opportunities.

Hours:
Monday to Friday; 9-6pm
