Customer Service Advisors – Head Office Manchester
We are seeking to appoint confident and engaging customer service experts who will handle incoming calls and emails from customers who have questions or want to make changes after they have made a reservation. We are looking for talented travel professionals (2 years retail experience of tour operators, cruise and dynamic packaging) with great technical skills to process booking administration and ensure the accurate and timely dispatch of tickets and documentation. You will also be skilled to positively respond to and resolve customer issues/concerns that arise (pre and post travel) and promote additional services to enhance customer travel plans. We offer full time positions, a very competitive salary, permanent contracts and great working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturdays 9-5 and potentially during the busy periods Sundays 10-4 on a rota basis.
