UP TO £32,000 PLUS QUARTERLY INCENTIVE £££

Our client who are a specialist high service Travel Management Company are on recruiting for a Senior Business Travel Consultant to assist clients with all aspects of the travel booking process. You should be able to maintain a high level of customer service at all times as well as offering expert advice in all aspects of business travel. In addition to this you will be acting as the lead agent and will be expected to support other consultants with varying and complex travel issues. The skills required for the Senior Business Travel Consultant are:
*Able to support consultants on a range of Business Travel accounts
*Have an in depth understanding and knowledge of GDS (Galileo)
*Ticketing and reissue knowledge is essential
*Be able to follow travel policies
*Prepared to the extra mile for clients
*Knowledge of net and published fares
*Be an excellent communicator to clients and colleagues
