No ordinary travel business and the culture is completely different to other travel companies. Checking our clients in, helping manage their loyalty programmes if necessary, guiding them during their trip and available for them at all times. Tailor-making their holidays to suit them which requires patience and attention to detail, timing and logistics. Experience in being able to do this and having the mind set of complete customer support and satisfaction is essential to this role.

Own transport and close proximity is important to note as well as the ability to work in this informal type of environment yet maintain professionalism.

The position requires the following: (these are minimum requirements)
·Being well travelled as an individual and the ability to work out intricate itineraries and understand logistics
·Positive. flexible attitude and willingness to be part of a team to grow the company
·Strong service orientated person. Needs to genuinely care about and understand the company and clients
·Excellent work ethos, diligent and dedicated
·Ability to build great relationships with clients.
·Able to create travel itineraries and understand logistics and timings of the itineraries so at to ensure it all runs smoothly.
·Have experience of working in travel and understand some processes and systems or ability to learn quickly.
·Be able to assist with, and understand the importance of, quality control
·Positive attitude when dealing with colleagues, clients and suppliers - aware of building relationships at all times.
·Dedication to client service and caring about the client is of utmost importance. Our motto is - 'the client is always right' and it is up to us to solve any issues to ensure total customer satisfaction.

The following are essential. For each of these tasks time in lieu or overtime pay will be provided
·Flexibility is crucial - if an emergency arises and it's time to go home and additional time is required to complete the job, within reason assistance and duty of care is required.
·Flexibility with the work required is also essential and assistance in ensuring deadlines are met when required.
·Every 3rd weekend is required to do some check ins or be on duty for emergencies. It is not excessive and is required until the company is in a position to establish dedicated after hours services and support.
·Training and new systems update work may be required after hours

Skills required
·Highly experienced at a GDS. We use Sabre so will need to convert.
·The applicant needs to be well travelled as this is what gives a better understanding of the travellers needs
·Be able to work out intricate flight itineraries where required
·Be able to provide quotes by packaging and creating effective presentations to make the sale. Have influence and knowledge of the products.
·Create tailor-made holidays and have the creativity and imagination to do so within the client's budgetary needs
·Be able to do intricate itineraries. Holidays include couple, friend and family, different budgets from good value for money right up to luxury.
·Must be service orientated and be prepared to work with client and suppliers whilst on their trip to make it perfect.
·This requires checking them in and phoning up hotels in advance to make sure all in order. This involves accuracy, quality control, detailed itineraries, double checking everything and a lot of admin work. Requires team work to meet deadlines.
·Be IT literate and able to learn to work on new systems very easily.
·Be adaptable to be able to do corporate travel bookings
·To be involved with the marketing / quality control / systems input would be an added bonus.
