Workflow specialists - Required for this expanding TMC based in a great in central London. They are looking for an experience workflow specialist, Business analyst with strong Sabre knowledge to join the team. They will pay between £33,000 to £45,000 + benefits for the
successful candidates.

Workflow specialist duties
-You will be part of the Internal Innovation team working on all areas of internal workflow and development projects required to support Operations and other areas of the business.
-The primary objective of the team covers process review, procedures, identifying opportunities to improve, enhance or deliver new workflow solutions whilst additionally supporting the requirements of the business impacting workflow and automation.
-The position requires an individual to be part of a team effort who can take responsibility for fulfilling internal workflow development and integration projects as required and drive the projects from vision to implementation.
-Work on Sabre Red Workspace (SRW) Operational workflows to enhance productivity and remove root cause of inefficiencies
-Support migration of workflow projects from Sabre scripts to Sabre RedApps
-Work with the team on integration projects that impact workflow and require changes to core workflow processes

Workflow specialists skills required
-Knowledge and experience in the various techniques to gather, analyse and communicate business requirements and be the subject matter expert.
-Excellent analytical skills that allow review of end to end process and system analysis.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate to internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in the travel industry ideally with a operational background.
- Strong hands on knowledge of end to end agent workflows from PNR creation, fares/ticketing.
- Excellent understanding of Sabre and GDS essential.
- BSP, ATOC, Evolvi, Trainline and ProTAS experience beneficial.
- Proven problem solving experience, ability to creatively solve challenging workflows.
