Customer Services Administrator

£21,000 + Bonuses

My client is a leading luxury tour operator based in Buckinghamshire is recruiting for a Customer Services Administrator to help support the sales and flights teams.

The role requires candidates to have high levels of customer service and administration experience as to ensure clients have a memorable travel experience

Customer Services Administrator Responsibilities:

Chasing client information prior to the distribution of final documentation

Communicating with travel agents and direct clients over the phone and email in regards to all aspects of travel details

Checking bookings for accuracy

Liaising with suppliers regarding any issues

Taking reservations sales calls during peak times

Customer Services Administrator Experience Required:

Exceptional Customer Services skills within the travel industry

Good telephone manner

Attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure

Customer Services Administrator Salary and Benefits:

Base salary to £21,000

Bonuses based on performance

23 days holiday
