Award-winning Travel Club Elite has a vacancy for a travel professional, to provide top-class service for our very important, discerning & high-value customers.
We operate in a very busy environment in pleasant offices, set around a delightful courtyard, just a few steps from the Mailbox.
You will look after all of the ‘post-sales’ requirements of customers, including invoicing, ticketing, ‘holiday extras’ & concierge services. Experience of travel-industry terminology, airport-codes, booking procedures etc. is important. Experience of the TARSC back-office system would be an advantage.
We require an excellent customer service capability, combined with a very high standard of verbal, numeracy & literacy skills, Friendly, dynamic atmosphere. Opportunities for Fam. trips & discounted personal travel. On-going training & development. (No agencies, please.)
