Customer Service and Administration Executive, Amersham, Salary to £21k
We are seeking candidates with extensive customer service and administration experience for a very important role in the after booking experience with this long haul travel operator. You will be offering high levels of service delivery for their valued customers and the ongoing delivery of professional and accurate documentation to their clients. You will also be managing customer enquiries at busy peak times. They are offering a competitive salary up to £21k plus bonus.
Customer Service and Administration Executive Responsibilities:
Ensure that customer enquiries are dealt with efficiently
Communicate with customers positively
Liaise with other departments on behalf of the customer
Ensuring the ongoing delivery of professional and accurate documentation
Communicate with clients/agents via telephone and/or email
Check bookings with the use of reports to ensure that documentation is ready to produce.
Liaise with Product to ensure that all documentation is accurate
Confident in peak times be the first point of call to help the sales team
Customer Service and Administration Executive Requirements:
Exceptional customer service skills and experience in telephone sales
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Well developed time management skills
A positive and enthusiastic approach
A high level of accuracy and detail orientated
Meet deadline and work calmly under pressure
