Our client is an independently family run specialist tour operator, specialising in luxury tailormade holidays and escorted tours, throughout Asia and Indian Subcontinent.

Our client is seeking an experienced sales consultant with Japan or Indian Subcontinent being their market of specialism. These are newly created positions due to expansion of the sales team.

As a specialist travel consultant, you will be tasked with handling all sales enquiries for this market pulling together exciting and engaging itineraries for holidays and escorted tours. For this travel job in sales it is essential for you to know Japan or Indian Subcontinent on a first hand basis, to have travelled the area and have previously sold these destinations in a tailormade capacity.

Excellent communication skills is paramount for this job in travel as you’ll be working with hotel partners, ground handlers and in some cases airlines to ensure the requirements of the customers are being met. In addition to this, our client are offering luxury high end product therefore the customer service will be 1st class.

You may be currently working in a similar role for a specialist tour operator, or maybe have just returned from travelling around the country and would like to get into sales utilising your knowledge and expertise of the destination.
