Role Summary

Responsible for driving the profitable sales growth of Inspired Luxury Escapes (ILE) and ensuring all KPI’s are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Control of budgets across the brand and responsible for P&L with the aim of significantly increasing sales revenue, whilst achieving all KPIs
  • Effective management of the marketing, product and sales teams to maximise ROI
  • Assist with developing and executing an effective sales strategy and provide regular updates, revisions and modifications where necessary
  • Provide management and leadership to the sales managers and sales teams, whilst maintaining focus on the Company’s strategic goals
  • Establish and define monthly and annual performance goals for the sales & marketing teams within ILE and monitor performance on a continual basis
  • Ensure staff are following company processes, policies, procedures and guidelines at all times
  • Driving digital sales, whilst increasing growth from the online platforms to achieve an improved ROI
  • Attend supplier meetings, negotiations with media partners & seeking new opportunities for the ILE brand
  • Determine remuneration packages for the ILE division including salary structures and commission plans
  • Provide coaching, guidance, support and set personal development plans to assist employees to reach their full potential
  • Develop and oversee the continuous improvement of the ILE division to ensure quality, accuracy and consistency
  • Ensure the highest standard of customer service is provided at all times
  • Ensure there is always excellent departmental and cross departmental communication and teamwork to deliver best practices for the whole business
  • Representing the Company at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
  • Attending managers meetings, conferences and any other relevant meetings
  • To be involved with any other ad-hoc projects as may be required from time to time

Skills and Experience Required

  • Demonstrable track record of achieving growth and exceeding sales targets with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Ideally with knowledge and experience of the travel industry with a good understanding of both package and dynamic package holiday sales
  • Ability to predict market trends, improve market share in all product channels and identify new sales opportunities
  • Proven record of people management with the ability to lead, manage and develop a multi-disciplinary team
  • Comprehensive online sales ability and understanding of google analytics, SEM, PPC campaigns, content and imagery
  • Ability to create and maintain a positive, enthusiastic working environment in order to drive and maximise sales opportunities
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management expertise in order to deliver best practices for the whole business
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret staff productivity reports
  • Experience of budget management and forecasting revenue streams and budgetary control
  • Outstanding influencing and negotiation skills, at all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast paced target orientated environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skill with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to use Microsoft packages – e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • A passion for results and genuine desire to achieve, both personally and as part of a successful team
