Our services range from - transfers to guests’ chosen hotel, Meet and Greet at their London Hotel, Hotel Local Host services, and our unique London Reception Centre; everything to ensure their stay in London is trouble free.

THE ROLE

This is a shift-based role working 4 days-on, 2 days-off, including Bank Holidays and weekends.  You will be responsible for a team of Hotel Hosts, whose job it is to welcome our guests as they arrive into London, providing them with lots of information and ideas on how to make the most of their time, always ensuring that the very best in service is delivered. You will also support the management team and our London Reception Centre to ensure we challenge processes, work efficiently and maximise revenue opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with recruiting our seasonal staff at the start of each summer.
  • Plan and deliver training to a team of Hosts.
  • Monitor staff performance and address areas of concern.
  • Conduct staff appraisals and assessments.
  • To assess the operation and challenge processes to work more efficiently.
  • To deal pro-actively with any issues and resolve problems satisfactorily as they arise.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues and various departments within our business.
  • Answer email enquiries from overseas offices and guests.
  • Liquidation process – banking of monies.
  • Record Keeping

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Positive, friendly, enthusiastic personality.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional at all times.
  • Flexible team player with the confidence to work unsupervised.
  • Computer literacy and numeracy.
  • Familiar with word and excel.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
