Senior CRM/ Email Marketing Manager

A London based dynamic travel organisation are seeking an accomplished highly skilled CRM/ Email Marketing Manager to join their Marketing team to deliver great marketing in our ever-evolving world. With continual investment in marketing technology, the CRM/ Email Marketing Manager will utilise the assets available creating fresh ideas for the travel market.

The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and delivering an innovative and effective CRM strategy to deepen customer engagement. This is a hands-on role and requires the Senior CRM Manager/ E-mail Marketing to lead, plan, deliver and further develop campaigns for customer retention primarily via email marketing. The business seeks a highly numerate individual who is skilled in Excel.

The business seeks a highly numerate individual who is skilled in Excel and ideally basic SQL who is numbers driven keeping a daily eye on inbox placement & deliverability by email service provider and all CRM related KPIs. The right candidate should also be up to date with current sunset policies preferred by ESPs and keep up to date with best practise for optimum deliverability and up to speed on issues relating to GDP T
