A fantastic opportunity for a Business Travel Implementation Manager, working for a well-established Business Travel company based in London. You will co-ordinate a detailed implementation process and work closely with all parties to meet agreed timelines.

Working as a Business Travel Implementation Manager you will assist in the co-ordination, planning and smooth execution of successful implementation of projects as determined and managed by the Operations Director.

  • Duties include:
    Assisting in the development of the client profiling strategy
    Establishing and analysing the needs of a client
    Ensuring all implementation projects have an effective and efficient communication process
    Maintaining an excellent reputation externally and internally through smooth implementation of new clients
  • Agree project objectives
  • Make sure all aims of project are met
  • Lead client implementation meetings and distribute minutes
  • Manage a detailed implementation plan for all new customers
  • Coordinate and prioritise project tasks


  • EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • A strong knowledge of Corporate Travel Management
  • A good understanding of Online Booking tools
  • An operational or account management background (not essential)
