SENIOR MARKET MANAGER
ONLINE TRAVEL AGENCY
TO £55K

A large OTA is looking to recruit a Senior Market Manager. The Senior Market Manager will be responsible for the London team and their performance. You will set and lead the strategy for a market which is crucial to the businesses and performance.

This person will be a senior member of the Hotel Relationships team and will have more than 3 years' experience of team and account management at a senior level. Responsible for managing teams, and accountable for the UK strategic plan.
In this role, you will be strategically developing the London team, you will set and achieve the Market & Product strategy in line with business objectives and KPI's through leading a high performing team. You will lead by example through the contribution that your own hotel portfolio contributes to the overall business.
You will work to protect and grow large hotel partners and commercial relationships; through close account management, quarterly business review meetings, regular calls and identifying all opportunities to grow our mutual business.
Another part of this role will be to manage contracting with suppliers whilst ensuring best market rates and availability are achieved.

My client is looking for someone who has at least 3 years' experience in account management (at senior level) and experience of managing a team is preferred but not essential.
Excellent presentations and communications skills, along with a proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, are required.
