My client, a leading luxury travel tour operator is seeking to employ a Reservations Administrator to join their busy operations team.
The reservations administration department is responsible for processing client booking and dispatching pre and post tour documentation within required deadlines and high levels of accuracy.
Previous travel industry experience in a similar role is required or a graduate with a keen intested in travel will be considered
Reservations Administrator Responsibilities:
Processing booking forms
Checking and sending out confirmation and revised invoices
Processing of incoming client mail eg insurance details, doctor’s letters and fitness forms
Preparation and dispatch of:
Flight Schedule Change Letters
Flight Confirmation Letters
Checking of flight e-tickets
Ordering and maintenance of Visa packs
Reservations Administrator Experience Required:
Min of 1 years travel industry experience in a similar role or a graduate with a keen interest in travel
Superb, patient telephone manner with an ability to empathise and relate to the client, seeing things from their perspective
GCSE passes (or equivalent) in English & Maths are essential
Strong ability to multitask
Level of spoken and written English equivalent to that of a native English speaker is essential
Accuracy and working to deadlines are fundamental to the role.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Reservations Administrator Salary and Benefits
Base salary to £21,500
Monday to Friday
22 days holidays + bank holidays
