TRAVEL CONSULTANT/RESERVATIONS CONSULTANT/CRUISE CONSULTANT
SMALL SHIP CRUISE COMPANY
CENTRAL LONDON

This highly-regarded, independent luxury small ship cruise company is looking to recruit a travel/reservations/cruise consultant at its head office in central London.

Primarily responsible for arranging a programme of cruises and tours, the successful candidate will engage with clients from enquiry inception right through to departure, providing exemplary knowledge and customer service along the way.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

*Answering any cruise/tour enquiry questions
*Booking luxury cruises all over the world
*Assisting with changes to itineraries
*Administering special requests and assistance
*Arranging customer transfers
*Documentation and invoicing responsibilities

We're looking for applicants to have the following skills and attributes:

*At least 2 years' experience within the travel industry (tour operator, cruise
companies etc.)
*Very strong administration skills
*A multitasker who can easily prioritise their workload
*GDS skills (mandatory) - Galileo preferred, however there is flexibility
*Superb verbal and written skills
*Maths and English passes (GCSE or equivalent)


On offer is a salary up to £25k, plus profit/performance related bonus (annual), private medical insurance, season ticket loan, childcare vouchers, pension and generous holiday entitlement.

This is a permanent, full time position. The role is Monday - Friday, office hours.
