Customer Relations Manager
We are currently seeking an ambitious and driven Customer services manager to join a leading travel business based in Central London . The Customer Relations manager will create an exceptional journey and experience for their customers. Responsible for responding to complex and/ or regulatory complaints.
This is a diverse role, responsible for client complaints, providing a senior escalation point for any customer issues, in-resort and pre-departure complaints, monitoring/responding to feedback via internal reviews, track and report customer issues, analysing customer experience, responding to complaints whilst adhering to ABTA compliance and regulations at all times. Other areas involved within this role include monitoring and responding to social media and review sites plus with a understanding of Health and safety and legal aspects associated within the industry for customer service.
To apply, the successful applicant will have previous customer care experience working for a travel business. Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential. Strong understanding of ABTA regulations, experienced in multi-channel complaint handling.
