Working with a team of multi-lingual staff for one of the UK's leading inbound travel companies this role is amazing opportunity for a French speaking, travel industry, team leader to manage the customer care function for French speaking customers ensuring that all group travel parties run smoothly and that profit margins are met.

Requirements:

*Knowledge of Scotland as a travel destination is important for this role
*Fluent French speaker who has worked within the travel industry in a leadership role
*Great organization skills
*Ability to respond to queries as the first point of escalation
*Team management including rosters, annual leave sickness etc
*Customer focused
*Commercially aware
