Business Development Manager
Business Development Manager - B2B Travel Insurance - Home or office based. An excellent opportunity for an experienced travel trade business development manager to work for a highly reputable organisation, responsible for selling a Travel Insurance product on a B2B2C basis. There is both the option to be office based (south East/South Coast), or to work remotely for the right person.
Business Development Manager Responsibilities
Using your existing contacts in the travel trade whilst seeking out new relationships, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new opportunities to sell a travel insurance product through the travel trade which may be with online, offline, leisure or even corporate travel clients. Being a data driven business you will analyse and interpret trading information for the purpose of insight selling to demonstrate to commercial benefit of this product. You will regularly visit potential clients to present and sell the product.
Business Development Manager Skills Required
- A strong background of sales / business development within the travel trade
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical by nature and comfortable analysing and interpreting data
- Financially and commercially astute
- Self motivate and able to work on own accord
- Knowledge of insurance advantageous but not essential
Business Development Manager Package
A highly competative basic salary defendant on experience, plus company car and bonus which is uncapped
