RESERVATIONS ADMINISTATOR/SALES SUPPORT
SMALL SHIP CRUISE COMPANY
CENTRAL LONDON

A leading, luxury small ship cruise company is looking to hire a Reservations Administrator/Sales Support within its London HQ.

The role on Reservations Administrator/Sales Support will hold responsibility for processing client cruise/tour bookings, including the dispatch of all client documentation.

Key responsibilities for this Reservation Administrator/Administration Co-ordinator job include, but are not limited to:

*Processing bookings
*Distribution of client documentation, including confirmations, flight and land
arrangements, invoices, insurance etc.
*Ensuring booking accuracy, amending any anomalies
*Filing of documentation
*Incoming/outgoing post responsibilities
*Stock ordering


We're looking for applicants to have the following skills and attributes:

*At least 1 years' experience within the travel industry (tour operator, cruise
companies etc.)
*Very strong administration skills
*A multitasker who can easily prioritise their workload
*Superb verbal and written skills
*IT literate
*Workplace flexibility
*Maths and English passes (GCSE or equivalent)


On offer is a salary up to £25k, plus profit/performance related bonus (annual), private medical insurance, season ticket loan, childcare vouchers, pension and generous holiday entitlement.

This is a permanent, full time position. The role is Monday - Friday, office hours.
