Do you have B2B sales experience within the travel or hospitality industry? If you have experience in account handling, outstanding customer service skills, can handle incoming reservations calls this could be a great career move for you!

This leading travel company is looking for a bubbly & energetic reservations execs with a can-do-attitude, to join their very busy team in South London. You will be expected to deliver excellent customer service, build rapports with clients and process all incoming reservations in line with the company brand.

You have experience in a sales and customer services environment with excellent written and verbal communication. You are keen to succeed personally, and take pride in the success of your company. You are able to provide excellent customer service, possess high attention to detail, and are comfortable with technology.

To respond to all booking requests and general enquiries from travel agent partners, direct customers and suppliers in a prompt and professional manner. To maintain accurate records and to track all enquiries and bookings.
*Answering UK and Republic of Ireland travel agent and direct customer telephone enquires throughout the day
*Process bookings, including contact with overseas suppliers
*Conduct outbound sales calls as required to promote key messages/ incentives and product updates to support agreed sales activity
*Maintain accurate records and track all enquiries and bookings
*Promote key messages, incentives and product updates at all available opportunities both via email and phone
*Assist in the development and growth of key trade partnerships by providing input and feedback from the front line
*Assist in the dispatch of documents and tickets to the customer as required

*Travel / hospitality experience in a reservations role ESSENTIAL
*Customer service skills - self-motivated with excellent customer service standards
*Organisational ability - exhibits good organisational skills and time management skills
*Communication - possesses excellent relationship management skills
*Drive to get the job done / results focused - innovative, and driven to exceed targets
*High standards - focuses on the client with a high attention to details at all times
*Initiative - thinks about new approaches and innovative ways of promoting the company
*Team Working - can work well as part of a team and to contribute ideas for the benefit of all
*Flexibility - happy to work until the job is done. Weekends and representing the company at trade shows will be required on an adhoc basis
