Sales Director Europe - A fantastic opportunity to join an international adventure operator, responsible for driving sales through travel partners and new partnership opportunities. This role will be home based in the UK.
Sales Director Europe responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the development and execution of the sales strategies to achieve organisational goals and significant growth in your markets. You will focus on developing strategies to maximise profitable sales from the travel partners as well as research and identify new partnership opportunities. You will ensure sales plans and initiatives support corporate goals for revenue as well as reviewing sales practices and systems for specific markets and systems.
Sales Director Europe requirements:
- Has a strong understanding of trends and opportunities in the travel sector in the UK, preferably in adventure travel.
- A minimum of 10 years sales management experience.
- Experience of executing sales strategies.
- Existing relationships and contacts across the international travel sector
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill
