Reporting into the Director of Sales, the Operations and Concierge Manager will ultimately take ownerships of the customer journey and booking experience. This will involve working closely with the sales team, ensuring the customers requirements are being met and that the booking process is smooth and enjoyable. This journey will beginning from the taking the initial enquiry through to the documentation being sent to the client.
Overseeing the pre and post sale administration, to include the finer details of all the concierge requests, ensuring first class customer service at all time. As an Operations and Concierge Manager, you will be in constant contact with the client offering advice on how to get the best out of their holiday, through booking restaurants, exclusive excursions, transfers etc… It’s the little touches offered to the customer which make our client one of the leading luxury tour operators in the industry.
This travel job would suit someone with an operations or concierge background, maybe even customer service. Applicants, must have a travel background.
